RETURNS POLICY

We print orders on demand in your specific size, therefore, all sales on PrimoStars.com are final. 

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange because it arrived defective or damaged, please contact us immediately by sending an email to support@primostars.com 

SHIPPING

Shipping information will be provided to you once the return process has been initiated. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item, however your new item will be shipped back to you for free.  

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Once the damaged item is received the new order will be processed.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we strongly suggest you should consider using a traceable shipping service  and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your exchanged item.
